4 Reasons Why the App May Not Work Properly

Vivafit is not ordinary fitness app with static workout plans inside. By using computer vision and artificial intelligence technologies, we provide our users a new level of home fitness experience. The system warns if user does something wrong during the workout, counts repetitions and says when to finish or go to the next exercise.
Unfortunately, sometimes you may face problems with tracking your movements.

Here are some reasons why the app may not work properly:

If the room is too dark, it affects the right tracking. So proper lighting is really important while you’re actively using Vivafit App.

Presence of Other People While Training

If two or more people are visible in the app, the system can’t detect who is really doing the exercises. So it’s better to stay alone while training.

Images or Pictures on the Background

Portraits on the Background

Our personal trainer can consider images, pictures near you that contain external traits of people. It can cause some issues with the app.

Too much backlight

Too much backlight

The video should not be overexposed while training. Otherwise, personal trainer can see you poorly.
